Colourful Festival Wedding at Henham Park (home of latitude)
As the days become shorter and the longing for sun and warmth gets greater, I like to remember all of the beautiful sun kissed weddings I shot over the summer months. As Trist (the video guy / life / bizz partner) embarked on the fields of Worthy Farm, I had the pleasure of heading to Henham Park (home of Latitude Fest) for a festival wedding of Zoe & Griffin. Like Glasto this beauty of a wedding had it all: early sun rises (a sea swim not partying all night…), a celebrant led outdoor ceremony , RAIN (oh how it rained), guitars, drums, dancing and SO MUCH COLOUR. They opted for the All Day Photo package.
Festival Wedding Line Up:
I have secret to spill. I don’t always love shooting in barns. Barns can be hard light, super dark, really orange or full of fire exit signs and not much else. But when draped top to toe in pastels and bunting and mirrorballs? I CAN’T GET ENOUGH. Here some highlights of the day:
7AM Sea Swim
The outside ceremony being abandonded 3/4 of the way through due to a downpour (but this couple came prepared with 80 umbrellas on hand)
Black Pixel Music kicking off the party with an outside set as the sun came back out
The Record Sleeve seating chart made by Zoe featuring their fave tunes
Iconic pink suit from Dress 2 Kill
Flutter Darlings Confetti moment
Dirty Dress & Docs second hand (Leanne Marshall)
